Coach Scott brings years of coaching experience and a championship pedigree to Prime Athletic Club.
A former standout catcher with the West Side Warriors in Chicago, he now serves as Head Baseball Coach and General Manager at Prime Athletic Club.
Coach Scott is also a certified Mental Performance Mastery Coach through the Brian Cain organization.
Coach Chardy is a former standout NCAA Division I pitcher for both Auburn University and Louisville University, and was honored as a Gatorade Player of the Year nominee during her senior year at Oak Park River Forest High School (OPRF).

In addition to private instruction, Coach Chardy served as a lead instructor at D-BAT, one of the nation’s premier baseball and softball training facilities, where she specialized in pitching mechanics and performance development for athletes of all ages.
She is also a Certified Mental Performance Mastery Coach through the Brian Cain organization, and brings a holistic, athlete-first approach to every training session.
Sherman brings a wealth of experience both on and off the field. A 6’2″ middle‑infielder from Fenwick High School (Oak Park, IL), he went on to play college baseball at the College of DuPage, Missouri Baptist University, and Roosevelt University in Chicago.

At Prime Athletic Club, Sherman leads our hitting and infield training for both baseball and softball programs. His teaching approach emphasizes game‑speed footwork, rhythm, accurate transfers, and efficient decision‑making—all while building confidence and situational awareness.
Gabe’s journey in baseball began behind the plate as an NCAA-level catcher, and he now leads our player development program with energy, insight, and a deep understanding of the game’s mechanics. Gabe’s journey in baseball began behind the plate as an NCAA-level catcher, and he now leads our player development program with energy, insight, and a deep understanding of the game’s mechanics. Hailing from Broadview, IL, Gabe initially starred at Proviso East before transferring to Willowbrook High School. He went on to play college ball at Jackson State University and later at Delaware State University, where his passion for coaching emerged.
In 2015, Gabe coached and developed freshman players in Wyoming’s American Legion system, then led his 2017 freshman team to a Wyoming AA State Championship as head coach pawathletics.com. After moving back to Illinois in 2019, he trained catchers and hitters at Strikes Baseball Academy, rising to Player Development Lead. He later served as Strength & Conditioning Coordinator and bench coach at Fenton High School. In 2022, Gabe took over as Head Coach at Corliss High School, where his impact earned him Coach of the Year honors in his first season.

Coach Danny is a certified Driveline Youth Baseball Development Coach and Mental Performance Mastery Coach. Danny has trained under elite-level coaches and former MLB professionals, bringing evidence-based strategies to all youth-level, high school, and college-level athletes.

Coach Danny is also the author and creator of the Prime Warrior Academy — a comprehensive mental performance training system for Athletes, Coaches, and Parents. He has also developed the Warrior Academy Manual, Coach’s Drills & Skills Guide, and the Warrior Parent Handbook — all of which are used across Prime Athletic Club programs to build mental toughness, leadership, and long-term confidence.

Ryan’s path to coaching was forged through years of multi-sport competition and disciplined training. Born and raised in Chicago, he attended Culver Military Academy, where hockey and football—and a regimented daily routine—instilled the commitment required for long-term health and performance.
He went on to play linebacker at Dickinson College (Carlisle, PA) and Benedictine University (Lisle, IL), earning a B.A. in Exercise Science. Along the way, Ryan’s passion for strength and conditioning became his focus: helping athletes move better, get stronger, and stay durable through well-designed, age-appropriate training.
Ryan has coached athletes from grade school to the collegiate level in both team and 1-on-1 settings. His approach is individualized and progressive—meeting each athlete where they are, matching training to their current skill and ability, and building steadily toward measurable gains.
Coach Brian is a former NCAA Division 3 shortstop for the Dominican Stars and brings years of youth coaching experience to Prime Athletic Club. With a sharp baseball IQ and a steady coaching presence, Coach Brian helps athletes build strong infield fundamentals, improve game awareness, and develop consistency on both sides of the ball.
Coach Joe played NCAA Division 3 baseball as a first baseman for the Dominican Stars and has spent years coaching youth athletes in both recreational and competitive settings. He brings position-specific knowledge, an energetic coaching style, and a commitment to helping each athlete reach their next level of development.
