At Prime Athletic Club, personalized development is at the core of what we do. Our 1-on-1 training lessons are designed for baseball and softball athletes who want to sharpen specific skills, improve confidence, and build a complete game — physically and mentally.

At Prime, athletes train with experienced coaches who have competed and coached at the college and professional level.

Here is what we offer:

• Hitting Instruction – Master rhythm, timing, and consistent contact through individualized hitting instruction with skills that scale.
   
• Pitching & Throwing Mechanics – Improve velocity, command, and pitch confidence using proven techniques focused on proper body movement, arm care, and repeatable delivery.
   
• Catching Development – Refine receiving, blocking, footwork, and leadership behind the plate through detailed, position-specific instruction.
   
• Infielding & Defensive IQ – Learn efficient movement, anticipation, and communication on the field to build reliability and confidence in every play.
   
• Mental Performance Training – Strengthen focus, composure, and confidence with strategies built around goal setting, routines, and emotional control.
   
• Strength & Conditioning – Develop explosive power, mobility, and durability through sport-specific programs that enhance athletic performance and prevent injury.
   
• Fundamentals – Build smooth, repeatable mechanics and game-ready confidence through simple, effective progressions designed for consistent improvement.

Prime Baseball Club & Softball Club travel teams combine elite on-field training with mental performance development so athletes grow in confidence, resilience, focus, and leadership. We train the whole athlete—players, coaches, and parents working from the same system. 

What sets our program apart:

• Integrated Warrior Academy access for every roster: athletes build winning habits, parents get tools to support them, and all Prime coaches complete our coach curriculum.
   
• Dedicated Player Development Coach providing custom plans, goal tracking, accountability check-ins, and personalized feedback.
   
• A competitive calendar with two team practices per week, 10 weekend tournaments, and select mid-week games; our season practices start in November and run throughout the season.
